Schedule
The schedule linked below converges to its final form. However, last minute changes are still possible.
The conference will be held at the Old Library of the University of Warsaw. This historical building is located on the main campus at Krakowskie Przedmiescie 26/28.
Plenary talks will take place at the main auditorium. Parallel sessions will be held in smaller lecture halls in the same building.
Multimedia projectors will be available in all lecture halls.
Every effort will be made to adhere strictly to the schedule of the sessions.
Therefore, speakers are requested not to use their own laptops and to send the presentations to sp09@fuw.edu.pl in advance.
The suggested document electronic format is PDF in Landscape.
Speakers requiring sophisticated (animated) slides can send their talk in PowerPoint format but they need to ensure that the fonts are saved together with the body of the talk. Some useful instructions concerning this point can be found at this address. The computers in lecture halls will be running Windows XP.
Speakers are also requested to leave the last 5 minutes of their allocated time for discussion.
