The wrong way...
The majority of the parts pictured below won't be used. I made them anew using etching techniques.
This is the computer model of the chassis
Milling the frames out of 1mm thick brass.
I bound coupling rods together with them, so as to get the holes in the same places.
These are the elements before assembly
I have made half of the wheels with smaller central hole and half with bigger,
I pressed the rods into those with smaller and I will glue them ito those with larger,
as soon as I'm sure the angle between the whells is correct.
After assembling the whells
As I put the coupling rods onto the pins some troubles showde up. The mechanism is not moving freely! I guess that during orcefull inserting the axes sleeves I bent the frames...
