AppendPhase

AppendPhase[expr, patt]
multiplies each subexpression of expr, that match pattern patt, with a Phase.
  • The following options can be given:
"PhaseConvention"Automatic
name of convention that will be passed as first argument of appended Phase

With "PhaseConvention" set to Automatic (default value) using AppendPhase does not change given expression, since Automatic Phase is define to be 1 for all expressions:
