My present research is devoted to searching for the structure and studying the properties of materials of different dimensionality - atomic clusters, nanowires, nanotubes, 2D structures, surfaces, and bulk structures - using a range of computational methods: tight-binding, DFT, Hartree-Fock (ab-initio), classical and quantum Monte Carlo, and cluster expansion. • QESG - graphical program for generating scripts for Quantum ESPRESSO written by Oliwia Chrapowicka and released under GPLv3+ license.
• Concul - program for crystal structure visualization written by Paweł Szczypkowski and released under GPLv3+ license.
• Quilë - C++20 header-only genetic algorithms library written by Tomasz Tarkowski and released under the terms of the MIT License. It supersedes the older libbear library, which is now obsolete.
