Miniature FM radio

Several such a devices were built by me during last 10 years.

Photos below show the final but still not finished version. This model has implemented tuning and volume control using digital potentiometers.

It is supplied by 3V Li-ion accumulator used in mobile phones. The size is about half of the small matchbox.

It has very good sensitivity and audio quality, not even comparable with most FM radios implemented in cellular phones or mp3 players.
