Seminarium Zakładu Biofizyki

I will present the problem of describing a part of a protein, and propose a methodology for such a description. The method will be general (any given subset of amino-acids may be considered), require data from a simple MD simulation, and allow us to check hypotheses of the form "this part of the protein facilitates the state in which the protein can bind to the ligand”.
